Prime Minister Dr Robert Golob Received President of the Slovak Republic Peter Pellegrini

SLOVENIA, June 19 - The two leaders focused their discussions on current foreign policy and security topics, particularly exchanging views ahead of next week’s NATO Summit in The Hague. They also emphasized the long-standing friendly relations between the two countries and expressed their commitment to further strengthening them, especially in the area of economic cooperation.

On the sidelines of the meeting, Prime Minister Dr Golob also held talks with Mr Milan Filo, President of the ECO-INVESTMENT holding, which has been the majority owner of Paloma d.d. through SHP Group since 2017. Mr Filo, a member of the official Slovak delegation, informed the Prime Minister about Paloma’s development projects planned for the next five years. It is worth noting that Prime Minister Dr Golob was the keynote speaker at last June’s event marking the completion of investments in state-of-the-art technologies, with a total value of EUR 130 million.
